Also, you may need to follow up to ensure any conduit installed is painted to match the house.

I would like to praise Brianna Manriquez for her excellent customer service. After my local utility company informed me my solar system was not functioning properly, I was instructed to contact my installer to avoid electrical shock. I contacted Erus and was immediatly assisted by Brianna. I explained the situation and Brianna immediately offered assistance. She checked my system remotely, spoke with technicians and was able to trouble shoot via telephone. After several attempts at resetting the system Brianna and the technicians suggested replacing 2 fuses in my system. She instructed me how to carefully complete the operation. After several phone calls (which were immediately answered) no waiting!. I was able to reset and get my system operational. Throughout the process and a better part of the afternoon Brianna was very helpful, courteous and kind. She explained my options from my warranty terms, how a service call could be scheduled all the way to step by step instructions on how I could remove and replace the faulty fuses. I am very pleased with the customer service and assistance she provided as well as my solar system. Thank you, thank you for the savings I incurred and the great customer service experience.
